Is he referencing Lose Yourself, or Sing for The Moment, or both?

Pretty sure it's Lose Yourself just because the video. I guess you could take it as both, but seize and capture basically have the same meanings which also makes me lean towards lose yourself. I never really thought of Sing For the Moment when he says that though.

I don't think he was referencing anything specifical when he was writing it. "Seizing the moment" is a huge topos in Em's works.
