Marshall Mathers is a preeminent MC—there is no questioning that. He is a wordsmith like no other, 100%. But when it comes to Eminem's laugh lines, there are differing opinions. Look, Eminem's humor might not be for everyone, that's fine. It may be sophomoric, yes. It could be crude, true. It has been called silly, stupid, over-the-top, crass, and even basic. But the fact of the matter is, no one—NO ONE—can make a Pamela Anderson (Lee) joke (remember her?) like arguably the greatest rapper of all time, Eminem.

I thought As the World Turns was pretty funny too but obviously it's not a single.

My Name Is probably has the most laugh out loud lines in it though.

It's certainly not 'basic'... his single humour is, but his real humour isn't.

Anybody who thinks Eminem actually being funny is in his stupid singles, doesn't get Eminem.

None of his singles are funny. They're just entertaining and silly.

Weren't the original lyrics 'had sex with' instead of ''wanted to flunk'? In makes more sense in context.

Originally it was 'fuck' (he always said fuck when performing live)
It changed to 'sex' to appear less rude, and was even released briefly like that, but the gay chap still was not happy, so it changed to 'flunk' along with the 'thanks a lot, next semester I'll be 35'.
