In the TRSS video, there is a bit of gay guys wedding where he erks in it, then says he has nothing against gay people.

Calls out Nick Cannon and threatens to destroy his career, then says he was expecting him to respond.

Uses cultural celebrity names and references in videos and lyrics to gain controversy, then says he uses them to rhyme when it never does.

So many other stuff like this I have noticed, it is getting really tiring and difficult to accept.

What I am saying is that he tries to be honest in his music, but when asked on interviews he makes excuses to sound humble and righteous. In headlights song he is now trying to play soft, why not just call your mom and make up instead of making it public. But then refuses to talk about it on interviews and tries to keep it personal Very delusional this is.

You don't need to turn 41 to realize the importance of mother when only last year you were telling your audience to stick your fingers up and say " Fuck you Mom "

Oh yeah, he said in an interview he would not collab with a pop artist. Then he goes collaborate with Nate Ruess and Rihanna 4 times.

He makes anthems to help people, in some songs he criticises himself about making anthem songs and that says he doesn't give a fuck about the children listening. He is trying to satisfy both parties.

He says he is happy with Relapse then says the last album was meehhh it is in the trash. Again, to satisfy both fans and also critics.

About the interviews, I don't think he's giving excuses, I just think he's uncomfortable as fuck, a misanthrope, his interviews come off as boring, unimaginative and shy, the exact opposite of his music.
He put his mom on blast on a platinum selling chart topper, the least he can do is make a chart topping apology, at least that's how I see it.
He collab'd with Dido, maybe he was high when he said the won't do songs with pop artists shit.
He said, "I aint here to save the fucking children, but if I kid outta..."
meaning he shouldn't be held as a role model or moral authority, but if kids relate and it helps them through struggles, he's cool. I dont see the hypocrisy.
Also, how would you feel if, after saying Relapse was "Eh", Em comes back to say "Nah, it was dope, was just kidding"?, it'll paint him as indecisive and unsure of himself and worse, will taint the whole message of Recovery.

This is actually a good point. He was telling the audience to yell this when he performed the song in the last couple years. So much for "cringing" at it.
