I understand she put a knife through his chest but I dont understand the following part. Im from czech republic so my main language is not english thanks.

I took it to mean that he was back stabbed twice (or if you follow the idea that it's Kims point of view, she was back stabbed twice.) It's not really a great lyric in my opinion, a rare instance where he sacrificed quality for flow.

he's just completing the melody. given how simple the song is i don't think he's sacrificing quality.
