A look back at Rap God live YMA

Postby Mr Change » Sep 6th, '14, 00:30

What can I say? This is like a modern day Stan with Elton. I picture myself looking back at this performance one day with the same fondness that I do that performance now.

Absolutely flawless performance, at the first ever Youtube Music Awards, when everyone was questioning if he could perform it live (not just supersonic speed, but the entire rap rappity song), and it was epic.

:worship:
What do you guys think about this performance? Who remembers the hype when it happened? :smoking:

Haters started to appreciate my art
And it just breaks my heart to look at all the pain I caused
But what am I gonna do when the rage is gone?
And the lights go out in that trailer park?"

are you fucking kidding me? dude was out of breath after the first 8 bars. the last half was a complete struggle and his stage presence was shit. he just walked around slowly the whole time. and he needed the help of a hypeman :n:

... who? why wouldn't he be able to perform it?

i think it was cringe central, just like nearly all of his post-2008 performances.

It was a really amazing performance, I loved it. Agreed with all of that OP :y:

I thought it was a good performance, but I think I loved the fact that it was a live stream. That made it feel even cooler.

I thought it was a great performance and what better song to perform than Rap God. He was able to pull off the supersonic part as well.

Arguing with Elision over anything to do with Tech N9ne is like winning a shoot yourself in the head contest. Even if you win, you lose.

Idk why you people try anymore.
