Encore 7/10 Does the bad outweigh the good? I don't think it does tbh. Okay album. The debate goes on.
Curtain Call 5/10 When I'm Gone. Nothing else worth mentioning.
The Re-Up 6/10 Shady 1.0 push. No Apologies. Again, that's about it.
Relapse 8/10 Back from the dead?
Refill 6.5/10 Half assed. Drake. Meh release.

Hell The Sequel 8/10 Making an entire album rapping beside eminem is a great way to showcase how mediocre you are.
MMLP2 9/10 Not sure what to say here that hasn't been said. Amazing album.

How I ultimately see Eminem's Career

The Marshall Mathers LP 10/10: In my opinion his best album, the whole theme is terrific and I can listen to the album front to back without getting bored. Also it is extremely cohesive and fits together more than some of his other albums. Not a bad cut on the whole album in my eyes. Probably my favorite Hip Hop album of all time and Em's finest hour.

The Eminem Show 10/10: I see this as Em's most powerful lyrical album and most personal of work. Also how big of a role he played in the majority of the production is impressive. Unlike the MMLP has two tracks i need to be more in the mood to listen to in Drips and Halie's song but still an undeniable classic and one of Hip Hops best albums.

Slim Shady LP 9.5/10: Another classic album had tremendous impact on establishing Em on a national level. Many great songs and probably his most humorous album. Only reason I keep this from being a perfect 10 is Im not that big of a fan of the production on this album.

The Marshall Mathers LP 2 9/10: Best album since Em's hiatus. Time will tell if it is seen in the classic light but it definitely could reach that point. Has many terrific songs and a couple I believe that could stack up with some of Shady's best. Couple of weaker tracks like The Monster. Still a well made album.

Relapse 8/10: The overlooked great album. Em returns from hiatus with an accent i quite don't know how to describe kind of a Jamaican/Arabic mix that can be grating. Did have some weak cuts with Em reteaching himself how to rap. But has some of the dopest, funniest, and outright best story telling tracks of his career.

Recovery 7/10: Em trades out his accents for yelling and dark storytelling for personal songs. An album I probably underrate a bit. Production can be very hit or miss and some songs make we want to just turn off the album. But than he reals me back in with some tremendous verses. A solid but not great release.

Infinite 6/10: Sounds like the white version of Nas or AZ to me on this album. Very weak production on this album. Lyrical ability was there but the album and song concepts were not as well formed at this point yet.

Encore 4/10: Em's only bad album in my opinion. Too many people try to prop this album up based on the merits of deluxe edition tracks but i don't include them when talking about this album. By this point Em was deep in his addiction of pills which I believe greatly contributed to the terribleness of this album. First about 20 minutes are good and hooked me in. As soon as Puke hits though the next 25-30 minutes is arguably the biggest shit dumped on an album by a tremendous lyricist ever. The last couple of tracks are ok but not enough to make up for the shit that had been offered. Had the potential to be great but was not anywhere close to met.

That's ultimately how I believe Em's record has stood over the test of time.

note: Infinite is not a bad album at all, in fact it's consistent and very enjoyable for me, with great lyricism and rapping... however, just due to the overall feel of quality of the music production and the quality of songs like "Mosh" and "Evil Deeds"... even the best Encore tracks are more unique and powerful due to Em being completely in his own skin. But Infinite is top to bottom more consistent.
