On Difficult he doesn't cuss that much, at least compared to his other songs. We Made You he doesn't cuss at all, 3 AM he cusses once (says "shit")

"We Made You" would count for "not many", but he does say "Damn" in it.
Also, curse words are not just fuck, bitch, shit, ass, damn, hell, etc.
Any word radio, TV, movies have to censor would count in Eminem songs. 3am is very violent and if that was rated like a movie, it would be rated R easily.

Ass is 100% an explicit word. Radio and TV indeed censor it.
