lol of course in mainstream age is a problem. All people you guys listed that in their 30s and still successful are people that have always been successful for a long time, already built a household name for themselves & have a solid fanbase. Someone said Eminem was in the same situation because he was near 30 when he got signed?? wth? Em got My name is out in 98 when he's 26, and now Yela just got signed when he's 31, if he's lucky he would have a debut single out next year and the album the following year. By then he'd be like 33 and only got an debut album out, while when Eminem was 33 he was already a superstar. It's not even up to comparison.
