Hell yeah it'll be better, a GOAT rapper making a comeback who's been improving lately, just look at Jay-Z's improvement since his comeback :

And each of these albums had their moments, Kingdom Come had 30 Something and Kingdom Come, American Gangster had Success, The Blueprint III had Empire State Of Mind, Venus vs. Mars, A Star Is Born .. a lot of cool shit

And look at his feature verses since 2009, Monster and So Appalled he killed them all .. And I bet he'll go even better on this EP .. we all can say H.A.M wasn't that good but like FreeSpeech said even Jay himself said it sucked, it WILL be better than HTS or i'll be disappointed as fuck

And of course, I don't need to talk about Kanye .. his shit is soulful, his beats are awesome and his rap verses are incredible
