I all of a sudden got excited for solo Em music

I keep saying this, but I think Em knows what he's doing, and he's preparing an epic album.

There's never been this much of a break between albums (minus his drug hiatus obviously), and he's always in the studio.

It seems like he really is going for perfection here. If you really think Em is waiting this long and being this secretive just to put out a mediocre album, then check yoself fool.

We've waited longer for less-than-stellar work on more than one occasion. What are you basing this assumption on?

We got Recovery in 2010. We won't be getting this next album until 2013. Thus making it the longest wait thus far. Fuck you Blu.

And when have we waited longer? I just explained this is the longest gap between Em releasing albums EXCLUDING the obvious drug addiction hiatus.

I think this is true, he must know of the hate some of his stuff's been getting.

Since when has Em been getting hate? He hasn't even put out more than a few verses here and there this year, and they're mostly for projects that he's executive produced.

I mean, we're talking about a solo studio album here. A different level of quality is to be expected from a bigger undertaking like this than a guest spot on another rapper's album.

I remember when that stupid ass "FANSDOWN" movement was going on: Everyone was basing their disappointment on Em's verse on "Throw It Up", assuming his future music would sound like that.

Eminem has yet to put out a project that didn't surprise me in some way, so I'm always excited for his albums.
