So why not actually do it, if only for one track just for fans of his old delivery? I think he may have wasted an opportunity on Evil Twin to do just that - he could have brought out his Slim Shady era voice and people would have flipped.
That also got me thinking - Eminem is lucky he has such a good ear for impressions. If he didn't, he probably never would have been able to rap again, as he literally forgot how to rap thanks to the pills. He was able to listen to his old music and replicate it to an extent, even though the part of his brain where he actually remembered all the skills he'd developed was wiped.
you're right. Evil Twin woulda been perfect if he brought back his voice 100 percent.
