I think wee wee and BU was recorded in period when he hadn't any fuckin' idea in what direction his music goes, I would count that as 'king mathers'
Wee Wee and Ballin' are both from 2008.
there's was just a rumor that he's recording new album and that's all we knew, no one said he scrapped it
On the other hand, Ballin' and Wee Wee are totally different from these other songs, plus there's some tip in the lyrics that help tryin to figure when these 2 songs were recorded. In Ballin' there's that Superbad reference of a 2008 scene, and in Wee Wee the "Zake and Miri make a porno" reference which is also a 2008 movie (THANKS RAPGENIUS). Like you said, these two songs have absolutely zero purpose, unlike these """King Mathers""" tracks, so I just considere it another era
