They're also allowed to express their displeasure with his music. A real fan recognizes the artist's ups and downs, pinnacle and plummet, pros and cons, perfections and blemishes...all that shit.

I understand and agree with what you're saying but I think guys like Basedshady just like to troll and want to stir a reaction. For example in his last post he basically insulted anyone who rates MMLP2 highly and that they should listen to more music because frankly they don't what they are talking about.
