Imagine an EP/Album where Em is spitting like that all the way through

No corny accent, no hoarse voice, no shouting/screaming....just perfect
Those three better than
Hell: The Sequel? argh, no way.
All three of those verses from Em are great. But "Forever" is a shit, corny song besides that, "Drop the World" is average without his verse, but a generally good song and "No Love" would be pretty bad without his verse to set it the way it does.
Hell: The Sequel has some much better heights. Em's first segment on "Welcome 2 Hell" ALONE >>>> those three. Then the eargasm cocaine delivery of "Above the Law".
I dunno if you just mean, EM on those tracks > Em on HTS? if so, that's more arguable I think. But as songs? better than the songs on HTS? not for me, nowhere near.
He should revert to a more relaxed tone again now though. I think he should still constantly experiment and push flow to the max, but... well, he could do a flow like "Low, Down Shifty" or a consistent rhyme flow where he repeats the same scheme. That always sounds awesome, he should do it way more, like the 'Fuck the Law' freestyle verse.
But if he sounded more clear and relaxed and shifted the emphasis to somehwere other than his tone, it would sound fresh again. As he hasn't rapped 'normally' basically since
Encore.
