So Bad and Say What You Say are really good, so are Seduction and his verse on Spend Some Time, Syllables was recorded during his drugs days so it kinda doesn't count, but it has a dope concept. And Shake That was a club banger and it's fun to listen to it.
So your point is invalid. My theory still stands.

Every Eminem song would be considered "really good" or "not counting" under your umbrella.

"Session One" verse is badass.

"I could relax but I'd rather stack ammo on track
Couple Xanax, light a couple wax candles then black...
Out and Relapse"

Dope lyrics and flow.

Keep listening.

"Whoa-oh, I can't see shit, my words get to slurring
Uh-oh! You can call me R. Kelly now, you're in......
....Trouble!"

I don't like his use of do' and befo' & whoa and oh as forced rhyming.

But main-
......lyyyyyyy
....it's the brok-
.....en up sentences and words that
.....are all throughout Recover-
......yyyyyy.

"It's pandemooooooo-
....nium"

^ I like that shit @ the broken words...

Just all goes hand in hand to making a more dramatic verse to me, if there's a variety of things...

I don't think his puns were bad in that verse... starts off smooth, there's some dark shit, some bragging, some humour, some broken words; I think it's a varied and entertaining verse.

Miles above verses on like "Won't Back Down" for example. I think WBD was probably one of the first tracks he recorded. Some of his worst lines ever on that song.

"Seesion One" is enjoyable to me though. Good production too.

Preferences, eh.

I still think it's forced and very unnatural for the sake of rhyming. (and he doesn't even rhyme that well on this)

hmmm, some were alright.

Calling him R. Kelly is stupid and overplayed.

I don't like the Kanye West/Jaw-breaker one either.

We're gonna rock this house until we knock it down
So turn the volume loud, cause it's mayhem 'til the a.m.
So baby make just like K-Fed and let yourself go, let yourself go
Say fuck it before we kick the bucket
Life's too short to not go for broke

Go Berzerk!
