I do love the Relapse era which provided us great tracks like Insane, SS&D, SWA, BB or The Warning, not mentioning the supa dope Westwood freestyle, but I guess Music Box is my all time jam

Still think he was going for metaphorical meaning on this song about recapturing what he once had as an artist, which he had lost to pills. The beginning of the 2nd verse is an especially big clue.
