Over seventy-five websites were shut down in the name of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA); the 1998 amendment that brought the United States Copyright Act into the digital age. The sites run the gamut from shopping to BitTorrent downloading, but two members of the New Music Cartel; OnSmash.com, DaJaz1.com, and RapGodfathers.com have been garnering much of the attention. These sites have a reputation for promoting new music and artists, and featuring exclusive videos, but apparently ICE has a different idea.

Damn nice work there Back Again, you really supported your post. This dude said he has a lot of money before all of this, I wonder what's gonna happen to him. More importantly, how many more songs are we gonna get out of him?

America has little to no jurisdiction in Saudi Arabia

Fail on the people thinking Koolo will get in trouble. The guy who SOLD the tracks to him is gonna get in trouble, Koolo bought them fair and square :facepalm

I don't like Koolo, I think he's an asshole for teasing us with those leaks for so long, but I'm 95% sure he's most likely not gonna be in trouble

I mean, he released the tracks, made the track public. He made a big fault. And all faults that caused damages are taken in consideration. Just as an example, to make it clear: You sell me an illegal gun. I shoot and hurt a guy with that gun. Who's fault is it? With your statement, it's your fault, and I'm free as air. Isn't there something not right?

So in a way or another, there will be trouble for Koolo.

Music is different from a gun. CLEARLY it's your fault if you buy a gun and shoot someone. You're comparing two different situations that have no relation to each other

Like I said, America has no jurisdiction in Saudi Arabia, which you didn't even address so I'm guessing you at least agree to that

So, other people who leak tracks SHOULDN'T get in trouble, the guy who leaked Recovery early SHOULDN'T get in trouble for it, but Koolo should when he BOUGHT the motherfucking songs? If Koolo should get in trouble, then every leaker should get in trouble, and America has enough to worry about than people leaking fucking music. GTFO

I've never said other leakers shouldn't be in trouble. Where the fuck did you read that? I just said Koolo will, in a way or another, be in trouble for leaking music of the best selling artist of the decade. Of course, the guy who sold him the tracks, will be in trouble too. But if that guy didn't sold the tracks, Koolo couldn't never have leaked it.

That's why I gave you the example of the gun, just to make it clear
(I knew you would say: but that ain't the same, I know that too but it was just an example, I could gave you an example about tomatoes, but here again you would say "LOL @ that guy who compares Eminem's songs with a tomatoe :facepalm LOL" and so on...), I've just compared the two situation where I told you about the faults that were made.
