Does anyone know when We As Americans was recorded?

I know this song and the other the two bonus tracks were initially intended for Encore. Lyrically it's better than many, if not all of the songs on the album; especially multi wise. Saying this, I don't think this was recorded during the same period of time. I may be wrong, though.

it was out of the first bunch of records that em recorded for Encore, but it leaked along with Monkey See Monkey Do and the other ones (cant remember their names) so after they leaked he re-started Encore

Would have a been a great album, but still his worst when it was released. But it wouldn't have left the dent in his legacy that the Encore we got did.
