in Where i'm at, in the chorus shouldn't it be.

"if you could be where i'm at, you'd wanna be me too"

instead of

"if you could be where i'm at, you'd wanna be you too"

it makes alot more sensse that way. or i'm i not getting what he's trying to say. cuz if i try to make it make sense to me it feels like i'm just really reaching

What don't you get? Lello18 explained you very well.
Eminem is referring to the fact that if you were where he is at right now,you would wanna be you too.
That "too" means he's also wanting to be himself again,Marshall Mathers,not Eminem,not Slim Shady.
Replace that "too" with "again" and you'll see the true meaning of that line.

actually Lello explained the total opposite of what it is

"you'd wanna be you too" refers to someone lets call them Stan, being Eminem...and it's saying how since YOU are now where I'm at = Stan becomes Eminem...you'd wanna stay YOU' (Stan would prefer to stay Eminem)

if you listen to the other parts of the chorus...you know he's saying that "its sucks for you that you're still you and not Eminem"

the chorus is basically saying you ain't me...no matter how hard you try...kinda self boasting

so yeah...."ME" would be logical but Em is trying to make you think a lil imo
