For anyone who knows.. what was the King Mathers LP?

This was a time I really wasn't focusing or listening to rap at all, mostly cuz Em retired. And I heard about this recently and was wondering what it was?

There was a website called kingmathers.com who had this picture:

Nothing more ever happened to that website, and it got deleted after a while. (it looks like dashadyspot has bought the web-adress, it goes directly to them now)

I also believe the album was confirmed by different sources.

Yea was it someone like Stat Quo or Cashis that said his next album would be called King Mathers?

Cashis said it and he also name dropped "King Mathers" at the beginning of Pistol Poppin'. After the announcement of Relapse, Cashis kind of fucked around and claimed that "King Mathers" is just what he calls Eminem, but that sounds like bull. It was probably the "gangster era" Eminem album that got scrapped.

My Darling, Beautiful, and Careful What You Wish For were all from sometime between "King Mathers LP" and the official start of the Relapse sessions. Songs that sound like that is likely what it would have been.
