can some one take eminems verse and add a unique hook ,different beat and make it into a song

I seriously doubt it, for starters there obviously isn't an acapella of it so if anyone were to attempt it, it would have to be a DIY acapella job on Audacity, which pretty much always sucks quality-wise.

i wish someone would do that with his verse from forever,drop the world and airplanes part 2 but that would be dope if they did westwood 09 and then westwood 2010 into new songs
