which tracks do you consider him to be using the "shouty" voice on. More specificly which tracks does the shouting annoy you?

Won't Back Down is the most, but he uses it in several parts through out Recovery. He doesn't "scream" the whole time like everyone says

It might have something to do with the way the vocals were mixed in also.
They sounded highly compressed.

i was thinking wont back down and almost famous although i like both tracks especially almost famous but the production on his vocals here is awful and annoying as hell. Both by DJ Khalil too!

That was pretty much why i posted this the two man culprits of ems "shouting" are due to the dodgy vocal prduction by Khahlil as much as anything. Sure theres a good few tracks with "Shouty" vocal delivery but sometimes its sick... cold wind blows, untitled...

I like the almost famous beat alot the rest of his im not overly keen on, im sure he's probably a good producer just made the vocals sound like shit on those two tracks. i dunno if its overlayering or what?

DJ Khalil is a great producer but the only beat I liked from him on this album was Almost Famous.

25 To Life was ruined by the annoying ass synths and that obnoxious ass drum roll.

Talkin To Myself was meh.

Don't even get me started on Won't Back Down.
