It's not even "screaming". He has always yelled in his songs, it's just now he does it more because I guess he likes it. Plus, it doesn't sound as good because most of his vocals aren't multi-layered these days. But I don't think we'll get the "screaming" on his next album

Has nothing to do with the layering. His VOICE isn't as good these days. That's the problem. If he layered the vocals, he'd be back to full-blown "ReUp" style.

It's obvious that he will stop it when he starts working on a new album....

Yeah yeah yeah. If it hadn't been for all the fan whining about the accent, he would've put out Relapse 2, and it would've sounded pretty much the same as Relapse. The accent would've been here to stay.

Outside of that, the last time Eminem intentionally changed his delivery was between SSLP and MMLP. The voice changes ever since have been involuntary, with the exception of dropping the Middle Eastern accent after Relapse.

Yes it does, plus it's also how he's rapping it. He can still perform songs from TES (Square Dance, Sing For The Moment, etc) fine, and he performed Renegade with Jay-Z perfect. It's not that he can't do it, it's that he's choosing not to do it because people wanna hear him be emotional. So that's what he's giving them. His voice has slightly changed, but he can still definitely sound like his normal self

The Grammy performance was awesome, but yeah, the yelling on tracks is here to stay. People bitched about the accent, and Eminem was using the accent because after coming out of rehab, he realized his voice was not as good as it once was and that delivery distracted the listener from that. So then he switched to this screaming voice that basically blocks out any emotion from being conveyed...The current voice/style of Eminem I think can be tied directly to the bitching of his whiny fans which is a sad thing for such a creative and original artist that he is.
