I don't quite get it. I know what the phrase "Who pissed in your Wheaties?" means, but what connection does it have with "being back"?

So I'm guessing he's back because he was mad? Ok, that makes sense now. And this song is very good. Damn, I'm finally LOVING "Recovery"...just a few flaws in delivery/flow, BUT this ain't a thread to start complaining.
Btw, in my opinion this song feels like some 8 Mile-ish mixed with MMLP-ish shit.
