An Em / Yela EP...

I'd love to hear Em do an EP with Yela called White Trash.

That would be the perfect name for a Em/Yela project lmao.

Came back to annihilate, the game's in dire straights, as I await
Word on Satan, as I drop, fall to my knees before this Quija board and I pray
Now I lay me down to sleep
I do this shit in my sleep, I’m sleepin' now, imagine if I awake

Oh the irony when it turns to be trash. A screaming Em and a whiny Yela.

Nope, Em didn't even make an EP with Dre or Fifty, Royce should be the only one. No way Yelawolf is getting this opportunity.

Yeah but Dre is a producer and we've heard them together plenty. And 50 is a terrible rapper.

But he could create a genuinely brilliant project with Yela, and they're both so versatile with writing and flows. Yela is awesome at hooks too.

I didn't say they're going to btw. Just that I'd like to see it.

Lol, you're exagerating a bit with 50. Him and Dre have/had still a great chemistry with Em, they were his closest friends in the game (with Proof) in the last 8-10 years. I'm pretty sure Fifty had an idea of some special project, but Em declined. Would probably have been different, if Dre asked. Just speculation.

Nah I'm not exaggerating with 50.

People here / fans of 50 know what I think of him now so I don't wanna seem like I'm constantly repeating myself or bringing it up for the sake of it, but I like to expand on what I mean properly...

I think Power of the Dollar is a classic album, I think Get Rich or Die Tryin' is very good, I think The Massacre and Curtis are dreadful and Before I Self Destruct has its moments. BUT, 50 has never been a GREAT rapper in general terms. Or a GREAT lyricist.

He'd come out with the odd wise line back in the day and his flow was a lot better (POD days) then, but his attempts at genuine wit were always cringing and clumsy, and his skills largely sloppy. He got very lazy in every aspect, stopped trying to improve and stood dead still. And, then went backwards.

He just sounds embarrassing on tracks now though, he's a very bad rapper in my opinion. And he's added nothing great to the game, just endless gangsta talk and predictable bravado. There's nothing artistic about what he does and he makes it so clinical, boring and repetitive. It's either women, money or guns and I haven't heard one genuinely innovative concept throughout his entire career.

Okay "How to Rob" is classic and is a nice concept so I lied but, he really doesn't deserve to be mentioned even close to the elite ranks and should count his lucky fucking stars he even gets to be associated with Eminem lmao. With that caliber or lyricist, artist and rapper. He brings Em's image down and sometimes ruins tracks and that's the only real gripe I have with him now.

He'll occasionally hit upon something decent though like "Stretch" - of which the hook is a great idea and his rapping / flow are pretty good. Generally speaking though...

As a person, when he's not pretending to be '50 Cent the gangsta "I'm never wrong" myth' he can be quite intelligent and personable. If he could only put some of his true personality into his music, and be creative with it, instead of holding onto this silly hood image and... I don't know, it's like when he raps he gets LESS intelligent, and his thoughts / personality downgrade. Where as with Em and most decent rappers it's the opposite.

I'd rather hear Em and 50 than that. And anybody who knows my feelings on 50 knows that's saying something.
