Btw, Eminem isn't guilty for the materialistic vices of rap, but he is guilty for the misognystic/violent aspect of it, and considering materialism is the most innocous aspect of the vices, is his content really laudable? I'm not attacking his content btw, as I believe artists shouldn't be judged for their content so long as they can pull it off with tact, just shooting down the bullshit claim of him being the rapper not to talk about the "usual things" that are othe rappers are hammered for.

Oh and to dismiss someone for their content would be Style over Substance fallacy.

I agree. No one can deny that eminem made 3 amazing albums. As a whole no other rapper can match that quality over the course of that many albums/songs. There are certainly other classic albums that fall into the same category as ems big 3, but no one has 3 that can beat sslp, mmlp, and tes. That's a huge reason why for me em=goat.
