It could be worse. It could've been a pic from one of the photoshoots he did around when Relapse came out and his eyes looked like they belonged to someone else.

No you can't. Wikipedia isn't allowed to use copyrighted pictures, so you've only got like 5 or 6 Em pics to choose from (which is why the one they've got on the page is a bad one). If you look at the discussion page for Em's article you can read people discussing the situation. If you change his picture it'll just be changed back to the old one a few minutes later.
