I've only heard the Eminem/Ali quote but I've never actually seen the interview.
Here it is for those who also haven't seen the interview, it's an interesting watch. The interviewer is an idiot. Rakim really does state some good points and defends Em. Great artist, great person.

Rakim didn't back down at all!
It would have been uncomfortable for a lot of people, but Rakim didn't concede on any of the interviewers points, showing that he really believes what he is saying.
Jesus, I wish we could hear that Eminem/Rakim track that was meant for The Eminem Show. I just can't see that being a bad song. That may have been the only thing missing from TES, the lack of feature tracks with Eminem shoulder-to-shoulder with rap heavyweights.

Prime Em and Rakim could have created a syllable lockdown.
