Doubt about Eminem's tattoo

As you can see, the left arm has a tattoo of mushroom, with the name of his uncle and shit:



And on the right arm has a tattoo of the Hailie's face with writing Bonnie and Clyde:



Over time he has been adding details to her tattoos, placed a scroll around the Hailie Jade name, put flames around the D12, and realizes that he has tattooed a car below the Hailies face, and roses below the mushroom tattoo.

Anyone know anything about this car and on the roses, if are just details to tattoo or if there is any meaning in relation to them?

This. The rose is connected with that heart tattoo, so I think it's about that Kim tattoo, the skull is probably a sign of their toxic relationship or something like that...? Maybe.
