Maybe cause I was drinking massive amounts of alcohol and was a couple years out of high school. Relapse seems to be an album that is extremely memorable. When I listen to it just memory after memory comes into my head. Amazing album in my opinion. I remember when it first leaked I was of course intoxicated as usual and put it immediately on my iPod for a first listen and took a walk with a few people. Somehow I ended up in the middle of the fuckin woods by myself when Stay Wide Awake came on for MY FIRST TIME!! Partys at my parents house scaring all the bitches while I sang Insane word for word... ahh

Anyways that was my most memorable moment... What was yours???

The Voodoo Festival. No, I wasn't there. But it was Em's first concert in...four years?...I dunno, screw math. But it was exciting to watch as a fan [HOLY SHIT EM'S ALIVE!] and Em was really emotional, he got choked up talking to the fans, and...it was just really, really memorable. I'm very ineloquent right now, but hopefully that made sense.

So many moments come to mind. I remember where I was and what was going on in my life every time I listened to one of his albums for the first time. I remember I listened to Recovery for the first time sitting in my car in the parking lot of my job and when Going Through Changes came on I got so teary eyed.

I remember hearing Lose Yourself and Without Me on the radio back around 2002, which soon got me into Eminem.

Seeing him perform live in Sydney last year was one of the best experiences of my life, period. Not just my best Eminem experience. When Without Me was released, after everyone had written him off and hated on D12, and heating it for the first time... That was magic. And that song kicked ass on the charts, it was the highest selling single in Australia that year and The Eminem Show was the highest selling album. When Lose Yourself stayed #1 for TWELVE weeks. When Recovery kept Rozay from the #1 spot after 6 weeks and Ross had already tweeted he had the #1 album. When The Warning was released, that was straight fire and the Eminem we ALL had been waiting to hear, and it really did shut that bitch up. There are so many sweet memories being an Eminem fan, I could list them all day.

Me? I was in my basement being a lonely little douche bag. BUT it does bring back a lot of memories...not really "good" ones, but important ones.

Ha yeah it kinda weird looking back on it how that place fits it so perfect! And boy do I have many Drinking alone blasting this cd memories. Like you said not necessarily good ones but Strange ones for me lol. Alot of Booz and Drugs. Glad those days are over.
