Eminem Has Been Himself The Most...

Postby Slim Fiasco » May 15th, '12, 21:55

I just watched this again, and I got that vibe from Em, like he was extra comfortable and confident. Also his flow on that short verse was excellent. I know that these old vs. new Em things are getting old, but just enjoy this if you haven't seen it in a while - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g1lgUwHyKQQ

You're forgetting that not only is Jimmy Kimmel is a super approachable and easy-to-be-around guy (that's what makes him so appealing in his line of work), but him and Em have been friends for over 10 years, and this isn't the first time they've done a sketch together.

When you work with someone as professional as Kimmel, it tends to be an enjoyable experience from my understanding.

Yeah, the one when they were playing basketball was dope as well. And I'm not questioning the reasons why Em was so chill in this one, I'm just saying that this was his best him in recent years. Back in the days it didn't take a special occasion or circumstances for him to be like that though (unless we count drugs). And I need to re-watch those interviews he did in Germany, I think he was fairly relaxed in them too.

I figured some of you may have not seen it, so that was an extra reason to post about it.

Fuck top five, bitch, I'm top four
And that includes Biggie and Pac, whore
And I got an Evil Twin
So who the fuck do you think that third and that fourth spot's for?

Pretty much this :y: . Jimmy Kimmel seems to be one of the few TV hosts/journalists (he's not a journalist, but he does interview-like sessions) who can get Eminem to relax. They seem to get along really well. Their "projects" (for lack of a better word, that is to say something like this or interviews or whatever they're doing together on TV) are always funny and they work well together.

It would look weird now sense he's nearly 40.

Oh and Slim, you're right...And I think this video also represents the real Em, too:

Haha, yeah, I need to re-watch that one as well.
