He's scared of his home studio.

I think it's the same one. Remember the pic of Em + SH in his studio? Same place I think. And the pic Budden took of just Em. Same place. And the one where he's got his back to the camera looking down at the panels. Same place.

I remember seeing his studious in the following videos:
1. Him talking about Tupac. ODAAT recordin.
2. Doing a joint with Kuniva and Swifty
3. Talking about Encore
4. Jimmy rap in a certain studio
5. Em + SH
6. The one in this video.

1,2 are the same, maybe that's his home studio.
3,4,5 are the same.

I know the history behind his home studio, reminds him of his drug days.
