I've lost interest by now. At this point, with literally all of his music being old to me with no replay value, I've almost crossed him off in my head as an active MC. So I look at his "upcoming" work as sort of a treat that'll happen when it happens. But I'm in no way holding my breath. Budden has replaced Em for number 1 for me right now. been listening to MM4 getting psyched cause 2 projects from him r coming. however i agree with some of u that once he announces a single and the real hype gets going for this solo album and when something solo is released thats all ill listen too

We've waited longer for less-than-stellar work on more than one occasion. What are you basing this assumption on?

We got Recovery in 2010. We won't be getting this next album until 2013. Thus making it the longest wait thus far. Fuck you Blu.

And when have we waited longer? I just explained this is the longest gap between Em releasing albums EXCLUDING the obvious drug addiction hiatus.
