that's what I think too!

but let's think about this more deeply, it can't be hairy, doesn't look hairy, it might be an open elongated buttock, and we're seeing it from the inside, can you see that in your head?
also it might be a stretched out earlobe, or stretched out cheek... it could be anything, who knows what we're looking at.
