He likes one word names (Eminem, Infinte, Encore, Relapse, Recovery) so I'm going to guess it will be one word. I think it's safe to say that it won't be related to the theme of any of his previous albums (SSLP + MMLP, TES + Encore, Relapse + Recovery). They're always related to him or his life, they're his name or representative of the "place" he is at in life. I really hope it's just a backwards 'E', but I highly doubt it.

My guess is something to do with "Shady" or his "place" in the rap game.

Time Flies (coming out May 2nd)

And that badass pic on the front of the book was taken for the album cover and it's going to be used for that; they let the author use it specifically to burn that image in the fan's mind a little, as it's a poignant photo that's meant to signify contemplation and time passing.

That's why they specifically used it for a book about Detroit, Em wanted to have it sealed a sort of iconic image aligned with Detroit.

I have a leaked mock-up of the cover (red clock numbers signify the release date):

On the CD cover itself it's going to be Em's younger face faded in to his current face to signify that time passing. That's gonna be like the symbolic imagery for this album much like you had the 'medic' symbol for Recovery, this one is going to be like a stylized clock with Em's face faded through it.
