It needs to first fit sonically.
"My Mom" - a story about Em's mother slipping him pills and essentially laying the groundwork for him becoming a drug-addict comes right after a song where he's a serial-killer... yet they sound totally fine next to each other due to two things: rap style, and production.
"Beautiful" is not of the 'Relapse' world, period.
Also, even conceptually, "Deja Vu" is all you need... it's almost like he 'goes through his relapse' of murder and pill-popping and insanity, then passes out, then wakes up and recounts it in "Deja Vu"... if it fades out there, it's fucking perfect. There's no need for any more tracks.
