You can't judge an album by a couple songs, or a track list, or the cover. Or the color of someone's hair.. You judge an album by the album as a whole.

I must admit, I'm a little concerned. I don't like two of the songs. There is a skit and some probable shitty guests on the album.

Guess what. I don't like a couple songs off the MMLP. There were skits and shitty guest spots. And that is one of the best albums I've ever heard.

You guys bitch and moan and cry about a track list and as soon as you get it, the sky is falling.

The three main reasons Recovery happened aren't a factor now

1. The album was rushed. ( Em has worked longer on this album than any other.)
2. Multiple mediocre producers. (Rick Rubin, Dre and Em are running the show)
3.Em didn't want to do the album. He wanted to do Relapse 2 and the label pressured him to can it) This album is all Em. He obviously loves the MMLP and he wanted to go in this direction)

If the album sucks, it won't be for Recovery reasons. But I'd be shocked if it was as bad as Recovery.

Also, a guy on SL posted a amazon link that is now down a while back saying the album would have 16 songs, 20 on the deluxe.

Sounds pretty legit now.

I doubt the deluxe will have four new songs. Probably just videos or bullshit.

Just for the sake of throwing it out there, Koolo's opinion means shit right about now. A lot of people think Going Through Changes is a classic. I think it's corny and borderline wack. CWYWF is easily top 8 since 2009 for me but the majority of people here despise it. I'll wait for the album to come out then I'll rate it then.

He took what was a sweet love pop song and created a concept which made the lyrics resonate as a creepy psychotic fan love letter... that's artistic brilliance, and it was done as a kind of... 'lucky find and 'oh wow, what if I did this' kind of idea...

That's ENTIRELY different to going "Hm, Rihanna again?" and getting the most obvious, repetitive and predictable slut in pop music, who's on eveeeeryybody's songs, all - the fucking - time to be on an album which is a sequel to THEEE anti-obviousness-conformity-commercialism album.

The way you see Eminem is so ignorant and delusional. For someone that is so obsessively into eminem you have some warped views. The guy that dyed his hair blonde to be more commercial, the guy that makes a record label forced first single that 14 year olds can sing along isn't commercial? Eminem is one of the most commercial artists ever. Making dark music doesn't mean underground rapper. He sold out the day he signed with Dre. To be shocked that Em has people like Bruno Mars and Rihanna on albums is just amazing. And even with that selling out part about him, he still can make amazing songs. You haven't even heard the songs and you are upset.

Go listen to his first three albums and compare them to each other for the 10 thousandth time. That's more your wheel house
