Now look at this:
Berzerk and The Recipe were both songs where the artists worked with their idols and went back to music that they listened to which inspired them to rap (Beastie Boys and West coast).
Survival and Swimming Pools were "conformist" songs which were made to sell. They worked.
Rap God and Backseat Freestyle were both rappity-rap hype songs over very hard production.
All of the songs mentioned have completely different production styles, produced by different people. Add this to the fact that Kendrick's the only rap feature… we could be getting a classic.
