Recovery leaked June 7, 15 days before it was released on June 22. It's currently 16 days away from release in Germany, does this potentially mean that it could leak as early as tomorrow night?

It COULD, potentially. I wouldn't expect it though. But I wonder if it's already left the mastering studios and ready to be distributed.
