Here is my take on it:
1) Intro
Steve Berman walks up to Em and hand him a CD, he says it got a new Dre beat that he might wanna use for that first single he needs to deliver
Em: Not right now, Steve, I'm going to the club.
Steve: So I'll come by tomorrow night and...
Em: No, I'll be at the club too. The best I can do for you is play it in my car while driving there
Steve tryes to change Em's mind and make him listen to it in the studio, but Em gets mad, and scream LEAVE
Leave, god dammit. Don't make me use my gun on you again
Steve runs away screaming that he will get Em back once and for all
Em gets in the car and put the CD on
2) Balling' Uncontrolably
Em ends up loving that Dre beat and decides to freestyle to it on his way to the club
3) Look at that bitch (Skit)
Em meets Nate Dogg on the place they were supposed to do so
They start seeing hot girls coming into the club and Em takes his time to contemplate those hot asses
4) Ass Like That
As(s) it is
5) We coming (Skit)
Nate calls his dudes that were smoking in the car to come into the club
You can hear the club noise starting to get louder as they walk into it
The transition to the next song is smooth
6) Shake That Ass
As(s) it is
Notice that, in the beggining of the song, a reference to the "Look at that bitch" skit is made, as Em says that phrase
There's a clever reference in the end of the song too, since Em asks for some girls to come home with all his boys
The listener had the unique experience to witness them entering the club before, in the skit that precedes the song
7) You're with me (Skit)
Some girls are in the car with Em, Nate and his boys
You can hear them crack jokes and stuff as the Ballin' Uncontrolably beat is playing in the background
They get to Em's mansion and he grabs one of the girls and gets her in his room
They start fucking and Em keeps on saying: Oh shit, I'm almost... Oh God, Don't do that, don't stop. Oh, Wait a minute, aah-waa, I'm gonna fucking...
8) Fack
Fack comes in, as it is
As you may have noticed by now, the way the previous skit ends is also how the second verse of this song ends
It's all connected in this beaultiful and inspiring story
9) It's my turn (Skit)
As they finally manage to get the gerbil out of Em's ass, the girl says it's her turn to do kinky shit
Em doesn't want to, as he starts watching Zack and Miri make a porno
He asks what is the thing that the girl wants to do with him, and she reveals that her desire is to insert fruits on his dick
Em says: Ok, I'll let you...
10) Wee Wee
"Put it on my wee wee" starts the song in a gently transition from the "It's my turn" skit, as the "I'll let you" phrase connects with "put it in my wee wee"
The trained ear listener is also able to capture the Zack and Miri reference on the song, which was antecipated on the last skit
11) The Call (Skit)
Em leaves the bed and goes to the bathroom
He looks at his mirror and gets amazed at the size his dick has got with all those fruits inside it, as he says: Damn, that's a big weenie. That's a good song title, by the way. His phone rings. It's Steve Berman asking for that first single and a diss to Benzino, who talked shit once again. You will receive them later today, Em says and then hung up. He thinks out loud: Damn, once again this fucking the sauce owner talked shit? He's so jealous of my success. I don't understand. Why is he so mean?
12) Big Weenie
Once again, the references in the previous skits exists. Not only the phrases of the beggining of the song are the ones said on the end of "The Call" skit, but Eminem decided to use the song title he got the idea from while starring at his cock, in a episode that the listener had the amazing opportunity to be a part of.
13) Disgusted (Skit)
Em goes back to bed and asks for that girl to take those fruits out, as he is scared at the ridiculous size his dick is now. She takes them all out. Em thanks her, but she starts to eat them. That makes Em get so disgusted he passes out.
He wakes up the day after, and go straight to the toilet feeling the urge to vomitate.
14) Puke
After remembering about what happened last night, Em finds the toilet and pukes, as antecipated in the last skit.
15) The Call Pt. II (Skit)
Em promissed Steve that first single yesterday. Since he passed out, he couldn't keep his word. Steve is mad, and Em gets irritaded as he replies: I will get you back today with that fucking first single. I'm out.
Em goes to the studio and says: Let me do the worst piece of crap this guy has ever listened to. Fuck that.
16) My 1st Single
As it is
17) The Call Pt. III (Skit)
Steve Berman is even madder than before. He can't believe that Eminem made a joke about that first single request. He is seriously irritated and treats Em again, like on the first skit. However, he's willing to put this issue aside if Em is able to hit him back with a single that will take fans all the way back to My Name Is, as he asks for a song that goes trhough this name thing Eminem has. Is it Slim Shady, Marshall Mathers, Eminem... Steve hungs up after saying that maybe a new name would be nice.
Thinking out loud, Em goes: a new name? I got you muthafucker.
18) Rain Man
Em took this new name thing to the hearth and delivered "Rain Man" to Steve.
19) The Last Call
Eminem leaves the studio and goes to the club. He meets D12, as agreed.
Bizarre asks why Em was late, who responds: I was doing this song Steve asked me. Don't bother it, let's hit the V.I.P.
Now, music is louder as they're in the club.
Em goes to Mr. Porter and asks where's Swift at. Porter says he ain't coming as Em gets a call. It's Steve once again. He screams: I told you to give me a good song. I'm done. The black mitsubishis are on they're way. Fuck you!
Em tryes to say: Wait, what mitsubishis? But the line went dead.
20) One Shot 2 Shot
Steve Berman sent some guys there to get revenge on Eminem for getting on his nerves for the lasts two days. Fortunatly, no one from D12 ends up killed.
21) Outro
Em calls Steve and says he's sorry. He'll now deliver a proper first single. He asks Steve to come by his house tomorrow night with a Dr. Dre beat so he can do it.
Further commentary: The album ends in such a way that the end connects with the beggining. The listener is compelled to play it again, and the superb story will continue to go on. Certified GOAT, the album was forever reguarded as a masterpiece, a classic, and was considered as the modern day Illmatic.
