I love your's, EminemInsider, but I feel there's a lot you missed.
1995 - Rhyminem - Starting out. His inspirations were quite obvious, but unlike during the Infinite days, his style could be viewed as original enough to consider passable. His rhymes were incredible for starting out. His lyrics managed to maintain their quality without turning into nonsense.
1996 - Copy-Catinem - Attempted to copy the styles and rappers of the time while attempting to maintain his own style, which rarely worked. Lyrics ranged from mediocre to "...what?".
1997-1998 - Sliminem - After the failure of Infinite, and his incredibly intolerable lifestyle, after nearly commiting suicide which resulted in the masterpiece Rock Bottom, which was nearly going to be the end of his rapping career, he bounced back. The birth of Slim Shady. Eminem began adapting towards an incredibly high pitched voice. Later, during a binge on drugs, he eventually gained an image with blonde hair and white tees, which lasted a surprising long time. The Bass Brothers & Dr. Dre are the people he work with during production. Eminem's rapping skills were off the charts. Many throwaway tracks, such as Till Hell Freezes Over, & Demon Inside are recorded with Dr. Dre. Eminem also realizes that he wants to try his hardest to offend, which results in My Name Is, & Guilty Conscience, which both attempt to push the boundaries of what can't be said. The first ever song for his third album, Kim, is recorded.
1999 - Controversinem - The Slim Shady LP is released. Eminem begins officially recording The Marshall Mathers LP in Amsterdam, where he works with Dr. Dre, & The Bass Brothers for the second time. He changes directions, instead going after a more mature route, in which he uses his regular voice instead of his high pitched one. In late-1999, Eminem turns in I'm Back as the first single from the album, but is instead asked to record another My Name Is. This leads to an fuel which inspires him to write The Way I Am entirely produced by himself, a talent that was never fully realized until 2 years later. During this, Eminem begins hearing about the controversy that resulted from the SSLP, which puts him in a mixed position, on one hand it pisses him off, and on another he wants to fuel the controversy. During the writing process, he comes up with many different songs about the topic. And during THAT, he is touring while under the influence, and writing different songs about any certain topic with Proof, which resulted in an early Under the Influence, and the long-sought after "Slim Shady".
2000 - Popularinem -Hours before The Marshall Mathers LP was intended to be shipped out, it was 17 tracks long. The Real Slim Shady was written when Eminem had created an idea for a catchy first single that didn't come across as a second attempt to capture lightning in a bottle, this time attempting to go at copy-cats and angry parents. The album, obviously, is later released. The result of this is heavier than he had ever believed or hoped it would be. He turns into a world-wide icon. Everything he did in public was documented, protests were at an all time high, children were dyeing their hair blonde, and MTV took advantage of him by airing marathons of him day and night, and having him on TRL all the time. There was no where you could go without hearing or at least seeing some kind of remnant of him. Eminem gathered D12 up, and began recording the early version of an untitled side-project which they didn't even know would get released.
early to mid-2001 - Classicinem - Eminem pistol-whips a bouncer who exaggerated the story. He is arrested, but given probation. Inside his head, he is writing Say Goodbye Hollywood. During probation, he couldn't take E, which fueled a lot of the songs on the last two albums. He gets back together with D12, this time with a, once again, changed direction, and again, with a more mature stance, except this time, it's way more noticeable, and unbelievably, more enjoyable. He begins writing early material for The Eminem Show, but focuses more on writing Devil's Night. He himself knows that he needs to hold back on material, so that he can release all of his rage and confusion in the booth. After recording is done, Eminem begins recording the earlier written material for The Eminem Show, which was then called The Eminem LP. Songs like Stimulate, Soldier, and Say Goodbye Hollywood are recorded. During this, Eminem is still writing masterpieces like his Renegade verse. Devil's Night is released, but due to 9/11, the release is forgotten and overshadowed.
late-2001 - Eh-minem 8 Mile is being filmed, and due to stress and lack of sleep, Eminem isn't able to handle it, so he begins taking sleeping medication. But this doesn't affect his song-writing ability, as he is seen writing Lose Yourself, which he didn't know would be one of his biggest masterpieces. All during this, he's taking time out to record The Eminem Show, and Lose Yourself.
2002 - Lightninem During the closing stages of The Eminem Show, Cleanin' Out My Closet & No Apologies' first two verses are recorded. Jimmy Iovine notices that the record was getting too dark, which they felt could affect sales, so Eminem cuts No Apologies for him, instead sliding out the two verses to two freestyles, but keeps Cleanin' Out My Closet. Eminem records Eminem finishes out The Eminem Show with Without Me, another catchy first single which he felt didn't attempt to capture lightning in a bottle. Eminem retitles the album from the original title, The Eminem LP, instead naming it The Eminem Show, because of the large focus on him and his personal problems, and simply because he felt it would be too predictable to name it that. The album is released months after the retitle. Eminem isn't viewed as the bad guy as overwhelmingly as he once was viewed. Still, Cleanin' Out My Closet causes trouble because of the harsh words against his mother. The album is a world-wide success, and Eminem, once again, is everywhere. Lose Yourself, during the midst of all this, is released Lose Yourself. Eminem blows up like never before. Lightning in a bottle is caught once again, and Eminem is one of the most well-respected artists of all time. But in his personal life, this is all too much. While this is going on, Eminem signs 50 Cent, whom he, unmistakeably a mistake, starts taking after. He begins promoting him everywhere to the point where it's laughable. Eminem begins taking sleeping medication worse than before.
early to mid-2003 - Slurrinem - After the masterpieces before him, the hype is still real, but Eminem was no where near real. Eminem's state of mind deteriorates slowly, as he cannot form a single thought that didn't come from 50 Cent. He forgets the majority of what's happening before him, not knowing that the material to rap off of is obvious and in his face, instead, he begins inheriting 50 Cent's beefs. The larger majority of what he records in 2003 is beef-related nonsense. The slurred voice begins taking it's toll, and he lazily slurs his way through 800 songs featuring 50 Cent or shouting out 50 Cent where he incoherently mumbles in retarded flows about Benzino and Ja Rule. But, whenever he's not popping pills and doing photoshoots where he shows off his abs with 50 Cent, he is recording early Encore tracks, such as We As Americans, and Love You More. Not all of his skill had died, as those tracks he recorded while not under the influence, while they weren't spectacular, they were still good, Eminem tracks. Eminem, also while sober, records a few diss tracks, like Nail in the Coffin, which somehow turned out great in the middle of the incoherently bad disses.
late-2003 - Feelinem - Eminem stops recording with drugs for a while after the long string of 50 Cent beef Benzino tracks. He begins to realize the dangers of beefing, after the deaths that he sees result from beefing. He begins standing against it, recording Bully, and One Day At A Time. He records not too much material for Encore for some ungodly reason (or just not released work?). At the tail-end of 2003, Encore's first songs recorded were leaked by Nate Mathers.
early-2004 - Idiotinem - Recording for Encore officially begins, but he somehow blew himself back into a relapse. He records Like Toy Soldiers to try and blow up the message of "don't beef kids". Eminem gathers up D12 again, and gathers up pill bottles again. Eminem begins recording some of his worst material ever, and his sloppiest for D12 World. He clearly didn't feel like putting out a good project, he just felt like putting out a project. Eminem realizes that the tracks leaked, which sends him into a frenzy, which results in him crying to Dre about it. They fly out to Florida to replace the tracks while Eminem sobs and guzzles pills on the way. Not realizing that he's Eminem, he asks Dre to make some wacky beats for him to rap over, but he realizes that he has nothing to rap about. Then, Dre mutters out "Rain Man", which somehow inspired Eminem to run into the booth and pick out a random beat to rap over, and record inane nonsense about football players and weenies. Eminem then records Big Weenie, Ass Like That, and My 1st Single. D12 World is finished around the same time. People begin to realize that Eminem may not be so well when My Band is released.
mid to late 2004 - Pillinem - Encore finishes recording sessions, with more serious tracks. Just Lose It is released, which helps people realize that Eminem is sick and needs help. Somehow, Just Lose It causes more controversy than Without Me, because of Michael Jackson fans whining about how offensive and unforgiving it is, not knowing that Eminem was the last person to take seriously at the time. Encore is leaked, which results in widespread "What?!". No one wanted to believe it, but Eminem had officially fell off. He seemingly took a break from recording, aside from recording hooks that made him sound literally more ill than he did on Encore.
2005 - Fatassinem - He begins touring like wild, which was quite the bad idea for a man who was the living equivalent of Homer Simpson if he was a rapper. Eminem is still guzzling pills and crying himself to sleep, but he gains the courage to record again when he realizes his contract required a "Greatest Hits" album. He doesn't care much about this, as he drags himself into the studio to record FACK, which Jimmy Iovine apparently loved. He also calls up Nate Dogg to help him record a club track (because, like I said, he forgot the fact that he was Eminem). But in the midst of this, he wrote a retirement song that could be taken any way the fans wanted it to be taken, so that he could come back any time. After recording is finished, Eminem digs up his coffin and goes back to sleep. But during all of THAT, he was still touring, which eventually led up to him being too incredibly lazy to do the rest of the Anger Management 3 tour. He goes to rehab and becomes sober, but everyone knew he could relapse any second. After that, Eminem begins thinking about creating a real label out of Shady Records to build up hype for his new album.
2006 - Shitinem - Eminem is a ticking timebomb waiting to blow up into a relapse. This happens when Proof is murdered in cold blood. A full blown relapse occurs, and Eminem is staying wide awake crying and trying to stay away from human contact as much as possible. He still wants to build the label, and signs one of the most laughable rappers Eminem's ever made contact with, and that includes Wayne. He also signs some Creek guy. Eminem sleeps upstairs while letting the crew do what they want, while occasionally recording some throwaway verses about how great beefing is and how you can kiss his black ass and throwing the tape downstairs. Eminem is also very fat. Very fat.
2007 - Pillinem 2.0 Beta - Eminem eventually goes outside again, but no one's happy to see him. He looks incredibly unhappy and fat. He just wants to be left alone to gather his pill bottles and play "Who Can Swallow The Most Pills?" with his reflection. He gains the strength to record again, and regains his friendship with The Bass Brothers, where he records songs like Beautiful, BCWYWF, The Apple, & his "I Get Money" freestyle. Their production they claimed was very close to the original MMLP, but we'll never get to hear it, but even if we do, we'll have ol' fatass Pillinem mumbling about candy paint on it, I assure you. Eminem overdoses.
early-2008 - Dittoinem - Eminem relapses about 800 times and is detoxed 800 times. He eventually begins sobering up for real, while running with the courage that Elton John gave him. During this, he records some random shit for his amusement, such as Detroit Basketball, & Ballin' Uncontrollably, which basically sound like a less chubby version of his pill work.
rest of 2008 - Killinem - Eminem is finally sober and not a fatass anymore. While trying to find a direction for his new album, Dr. Dre comes in and tells Eminem his son wants "that zany Slim Shady shit". Because of Eminem being addicted to serial killer documentaries, he finds his direction. He starts early material, such as Wee Wee. Somewhere along the road, he begins writing with a direct intention in mind: Be a bad controversial guy who's also Eminem but is also an Arabian serial killer from Baghdad.
early to early-mid-2009 - Returninem - Eminem is being advertised as returning everywhere, with shitty apps, and even an interactive game on his website. We Made You is released during the highest of the hype, and leads people to think once again..."Is Eminem okay?!". Eventually, the album comes out, to mixed reactions. Not that much hype, but not as much dead hype as there was in 2005-2008.
the rest of 2009 - Unstoppablinem - Eminem begins somehow dropping classic after classic after Relapse, with Forever, The Warning, and Psycho (we are alike in some ways, EminemInsider, we both LOVE these tracks). Relapse: Refill is released, and is even better than the first despite being shorter. Eminem seemed to really be back, but then Paul walked into the room one day and told Eminem that the response wasn't good...
early-2010 - Exaggeratinem -Eminem goes back to the drawing board with Relapse 2, this time attempting to do a more serious record, because he realized that he couldn't make his new work sound like his old work (DESPITE THE FACT HIS POST-RELAPSE MATERIAL WAS FANTASTIC). He records what presumably were On Fire, Cold Wind Blows, So Bad, and Ridaz. Then, another recording session took place, where he had gathered random lyrics that he had written on the plane-ride. Those jumbled lyrics were Won't Back Down. He recorded the song when DJ Kahled offered him a rock beat, which originally had one of his throwaway girls on it, who was replaced by Pink. This was presumably where things took a turn for the worst, the screaming voice wasn't an occasional thing anymore, as he began utilizing it all throughout the rest of the recording sessions. And I think somewhere, someone told him to try to stay hip with the crowd, because Eminem began doing punchlines like he did with pills, IN OTHER WORDS HE ABUSED IT! And then he began accepting beats from nobody producers who had no names in the music industry. Not Afraid & Love The Way You Lie are both recorded last.
rest of 2010 - Inspirationinem - Not Afraid is released as the first single, resulting in 800,000 fans everywhere jacking off because he's not using the accent despite the fact he gave up the accent over a year before. Even the StudioLeaks people such as Swizz & WPG were having a fucking fit over how great it was...but it wasn't great at all. Same thing happened with the leak ten-fold, when everyone proclaimed it to be his 3rd classic, and The Eminem Show II. Love the Way You Lie is released as a single and Eminem is proclaimed the new king of teenage girls. He blows up once again, not quite as big as with The Marshall Mathers LP and The Eminem Show, but still in quite high proportions when you really remember it. Late into the year, Koolo arises from his tomb and begins leaking tracks.
2011 - Em-uh..............NEM! - Eminem begins hanging out with Royce Da 5'9, whom he begins recording with. Somehow, he continued to ruin himself, by completely ruining his flow. The throwaway tracks were released as a very mediocre and lack-luster EP which Eminem & Royce were still forced to advertise. Somewhere into the year, Eminem decided, probably while looking at his past worst decisions, to do another attempt to build Shady Records into a real label. He signs Yelawolf, Royce, & Slaughterhouse while calmly pushing away his previous abominations of signed members. During this time, Eminem released some of his worst material since his Encore days, with his Roman's Revenge, Throw It Up, 2.0 Boys verses being complete garbage, and the rest of his material being mediocre as hell. The best material from that year, disincluding the Cypher, was all leaked by Koolo.
2012 - ???inem - Eminem records for his next album early that year, while dropping incredibly mediocre verses, and the abysmal Numb verse. Many throwaways are recorded, much like with SSLP & Relapse's recording sessions. During the end of the year, Eminem has a clear direction in mind, he wants to make the album a revisitation to The Marshall Mathers LP. He also asks for Rick Rubin to join in on production. Dre does absolutely nothing but sit behind Eminem and scream "HAAAAYEW YEAH!".
2013 - The album is still in recording & mixing stages during the time its announced. Eminem writes Headlights on his way home from the European tours and allows Rihanna to record her hook for The Monster. Berzerk drops, and leads to mixed reactions. Eminem's controversy made a comeback when he dropped Rap God, because he said gay and faggot on the song. The album leaked, to wide-spread love. His choppy flow and his yelling died down finally, but still came back in remnants. Here's where we are now.
