He was at an all-time high...he wasn't dropping any lackluster verses and was consistent with the quality of verses throughout.
It didn't go: mediocre, good, bad, good, mediocre, terrible, GREAT, CLASSIC, bad like it does now, and like it did around 2002-2004.
