So...what would you rather have? Production or lyrics?

Question is very simple. What would you rather have the most out of MMLP2? Dope lyrics and weak production or weak lyrics and dope production?

I listen to Em for rapping and lyrics. Would rather have great lyrics and shit production tbh.

LOL.. this is so lame.

Guess what? Didn't have to make the choice on SSLP, MMLP, TES or Relapse..
Recovery had some sick lyrics but lacked production wise.. that's why it was a.. eh not quite stellar album but good.
Encore had some really good production TBH, just weak lyrics for a LOT of it.
HTS was hit and miss between the two.. for me.

Classics require both.
I have no vote, this is a dumb question.

'Weak lyrics' are far more subjective than dope production.

I'd happily see lyrics of Seduction quality and jaw dropping production.

Eminem is a great writer, so really he has that nailed. The production is just something he needs to work on, so I'd vote production with the incentive that Em's 'weak lyricism' is still better than your other favourite rapper's best.

It may not be what we want."

Good lyrics > a good beat

I would be more than happy if he had Nas' shitty beat selection, at least it's a hip hop beat.

I would be quick to choose lyrics, but then I think of how lopsided Recovery was toward lyrics and I want an album better than Recovery...

Then you have Encore with just near perfect production but the most godawful lyrics this side of Lil Wayne's backyard.

Then you have Relapse which rhymes a lot and has pretty good production but has no real message or meaning behind any of it.

Hmm...

Lyrics! The producers could be great but Em could rap horribly over the beat. And I rather have great lyrics over an ok beat

^ this is why this poll is realistically just about The Monster. He doesn't want to figure all that.. he just wants a chalk line for his "Monster" is awesome poll..

There is too much to factor in just the two.
