Artists/groups who came out with the best music?

Obviously eminem is GOAT. Then I think 2pac, nas, dre, a tribe called quest, Kanye, biggie, and bone thugs in that order.
Only reason I put 2pac so high is because of his whole collection of music rather than just his skills on a song by song basis.

How I conducted my personal list is basically how much high quality songs of each artist/group I have of them, for I do not just download whole albums, but delete the songs I know I will not listen to.

Clearly a highly subjective topic but give me your all time favorites who came out with the most amount of high quality music.
