I think its because hes lost weight honestly, you can see his bone structure on his face a lot more clearly now, i think that has the side effect of making him look more different than one might think he would.

Actually the video was recorded back in 2006 while he was still taking drugs ... In my opinion he looks very sad there cuz of the death of Proof
