It's safe to say that Em has lost at least one ball since his hiatus. Seems lost and the truth is he can't stand on his own. So who's helping him out?
Paul Rosenberg, he's one of the people that pulls the strings, one of the masters to the puppet. Paul is a self centered giant sack of lard, hideous creature really hard to even look at him.
Another culprit is Royce Da 5'9, like Paul has a bald and punchable face. Always whispering into Em's ear giving him shitty advice, trying to convince him that a lightweight shit like Big Sean is a good artist and that he should collaborate with him. What an assface. Also could be responsible with Paul that there is no D12 album.
And of course the suits at interscope who could care less of a rappers integrity, & legacy. All they want is a little extra pounds in their wallets and since Em is such a yes man now he'll have no problem when he turns in his final product just to hear the label say "you know this is really good its just missing that superstar edge, maybe another Rihanna collaboration is what you need, you both have outstanding chemistry and it'll put your work over the top" (aka this isn't enough to make Eminem numbers, we need some radio hits) and Em will just okay! you're the boss, let my get my manager who sucks ass and is only employed because he's my friend!
okay I'm rambling too much
Now, Em trying get his label back and running like it used too, with the same success. Unfortunately either the management team has changed or Em forgot how to run a label. I know you just want them to get in the studio and have them be themselves but that's not enough, and your name is not enough to help them get out their.
Hopsin, aka well known successful basement dwelling rapper got FV where it is today, but how? who the fuck is Hopsin? Well he's not anybody that significant but he got his team some big popularity and built a strong, loyal fanbase and he helps them sell well enough for small artists

like it probably isn't much but with their limited resources it's impressive. Hell I much rather buy illmatic for the third time and get a physical copy of PTSD before I'd get that Dizzy shit.
Now lets take a look at one of Em's artists, Yelawolf

yeah, well um that's not too bad right? Well, it is. Hopsins video came out two days after Yelawolfs. Now we have Hopsin, self-established artist versus an artist that has a good amount of notable cosigns (Eminem, Raekwon, etc) with a bigger label and the smaller artist is getting somewhere.
"Yeah well Yela don't care about selling records, he only wants to be heard"
Well that's fine, just worthless when no ones you exist. How are you going to try to get your art known when nobody knows you got an album coming soon.
Eminem you suck man, why would you do this to anyone. Your name alone won't take your artists far.
Gotta get his shit together smh.
