My reasoning is - With how much hype this album is getting, more stores across america will be stocking up with more cd's for first week sales.

Its anticipated, so pretty much every store that shelves CD's will have at least 20 - 40 of these layin around.

Probably even gas stations and shit lol

Anybody think it will out do C3?

i'll make the official prediction thread like i did last year where we try and guess the exact number...after we hear the first single. It's hard to tell before we hear anything. I think if we got a better single than We Made You, Relapse could have gone plat first week.

I feel like its the opposite, a comeback album wouldn't do as good because it didnt have a years worth of hype behind it, like this album does.

Hype = More stores buying albums = Bigger sales.

Its why C3 did so good. Hype and Anticipation, which recovery has plenty of

i don't agree.. Relapse had some garbage first singles and many people predicted beforehand relapse would be crap like encore but yet it still sold a good 600k; their are just way too many Em fans to say this album will sell less than Relapse..
