without attracting too much attention, i don't think you have any grounds on which you can ban him, as far as my legal knowlegde serves me correctly, i believe that he is allowed a "swastika" as an avatar as it is HIS political opinion, how're you ever going to punish people for having an opinion!?

The mods on this site are scared to ban people, i know this because i was a mod. I was the one who had to ban 99% of the time because the others where worried about some stupid "internet rep" they had rather than doing what they where taken on to do.
