Something interesting I just realized. Both of these freestyles were released prior to their respective albums in an attempt to pump up the fans.

If we learned anything from IHaR, it's that it was a pretty good representation of Relapse.

So, this is hyping me up a lot for Recovery now.

Lol we think alike I see. But to be honest despicable didn't appeal to me except for the the part where he switched up his flow for a little bit. He was talking about experimenting with flows in Relapse. if this song represents Recovery's album than he is doing the exact same type of experimenting. I know people are going to say to me to suck it up and listen to his old albums. But if you think about it, Em hasn't been in the game long enough to completely throw his old style in the trash and to experiment with new ones. I'm talking about The Eminem Show, the best album he has ever put out. He needs to go to those roots. But as sad as it is to admit it, I'm doubting the fact he will ever be able to shine like he did on TES. I just want this album to leak already because all this anticipation isn't doing anybody any good.

I think he's straying from the old formulas he used (collabs, funny first singles, etc) because in his eyes, Relapse and Encore flopped.

I don't really care for those poppy singles either, but I just hope he can match up to his old songs like Sing For The Moment, Cleaning Out My Closet, Till I Collapse, White America, Soldier, ect.

Same. I'm hoping for a The Eminem Show II, but I'm trying not to raise my expectations that high.

I hope it blows me away though.

We will have to just wait and see I guess. The album should leak by the end of next week no doubt.

Off topic but i live 15 minutes from where that POS MTV show Jersey Shore was filmed so those juiced up guido faggots are all over the area i live in, especially in the summer. Point of this is that the office i work in is right next to a gym and today was the second time in two weeks i hear Despicable being bumped in someones whip as theyre pulling into the parking lot. Both times it was two different faggot guidos bumping it. I dont know why but it pissed me off seeing douchebags like that bumping Despicable.
