I think that review is crap.

Guy is sore for 'overrating' Relapse. He quite obviously is influenced by the majority opinion of others. So because the after-effect of Relapse was mixed, he doesn't like the fact he rated it high. So because of that is underrating Recovery to back himself up.

He also implies Em only has one classic and doesn't even fully acknowledge that and tries to hard to seem critical of Em because of the aforementioned reason.

He then totally cops out by concluding the album isn't Em's best or his worst and that some people will love it and some people will hate it. Which is exactly what he says, just in a more verbose way to try disguise it. What a total flop of a review lmfao.

Some people will like it and some dislike it? Oh really, thanks for the genius insight.

They also rate Obie's Special Reserve an 8. So they think that is a better album than Recovery.
